General Warranty Conditions

All equipment supplied by Drax Fitness UK is covered by the below detailed warranties against manufacturing defects only unless an upgraded warranty has been purchased or provided. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty is subject to proof that the periodic preventive maintenance has been carried out by the purchaser and the annual service has been carried out by an approved Drax Fitness UK approved engineer.

Any warranty claim on equipment purchased through 3rd party suppliers or resellers should be directed in the first instance to the purchase company.

Drax Fitness UK offers a limited warranty on the equipment it sells and is subject to the detailed Warranty clause listed in the Drax Fitness UK Ltd Terms and Conditions.

HOIST Fitness Systems warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use or service. If at any time a component part is defective, HOIST Fitness Systems shall repair or replace it (at HOIST Fitness Systems discretion) in accordance to the terms listed below. This warranty does not cover costs of removal, transportation or reinstallation. This warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the product purchased. 

Warranty is not transferable:

This warranty is not assignable and applies only in favor of the original purchaser/user to whom delivered. Any such assignment or transfer shall void the warranties herein made and shall void all warranties, expressed, implied or statutory. These warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including implied warranty and merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. If warranty replacement parts are shipped to you, you may be required to return the inoperable 

What is not covered by this warranty:

HOIST’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts, subject to the additions below. This warranty does not cover costs of removal, transportation, delivery or reinstallation. You are responsible for freight charges on warranty parts. HOIST will accept parts covered under this warranty freight collect, provided that shipment has received prior approval. 

No consequential damages:

HOIST is not responsible for economic loss; profit loss; or special, indirect, or consequential damages.

HOIST Fitness Systems Inc. neither makes, assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to make or assume, any other warranty whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, in connection with the sale, service, or shipment of our products. We reserve the right to make changes and improvements in our products without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased. In order to maintain your product warranty and to ensure the safe and efficient operation of your machine, only authorized replacement parts can be used. This warranty is void if parts other than those provided by HOIST Fitness are used.

All claims require: Model number(s), Serial number(s), Date of installation and any information supporting the existence of the alleged defect.
